Refund Policy
At Collection Crusherz Management, LLC. we are passionate about helping good people repair bad credit. We diligently assist Clients with their credit repair problems and we are committed to customer satisfaction.
By law we cannot make verbal or written promises, guarantee an outcome, score increases, or timing of credit repair services. We do our best to communicate to you based on the policies of the credit bureaus.
Refund may be possible to the Client only if all the below conditions exist:
- Client is current on all payments to Collection Crusherz Management, LLC.
- Client provided all requested paperwork within a 48 hour period.
- Collection Crusherz Management, LLC has not started on the client's file. In the event that a file is in progress, a refund will not be issued.
To receive a refund, the Client shall request such refund in writing.
Collection Crusherz Management, LLC shall review the request to confirm if Client complied with the terms of our Refund Policy.
Collection Crusherz Management, LLC shall determine the final refund amount, if any at all, and Collection Crusherz decision shall be final.
Client understands that if the conditions above are not met, there will be NO REFUND and the Client waves and forfeits his/her rights to a refund.
